i knowwwwwwwww it sucks that everyone’s nudes were leaked. it does. it’s happened to me personally. i’ve been posted on a website that has since been removed, but the internet is forever. especially the deep web. i know the feels. I KNOW HOW IT FEELS to have my privacy invaded.
but somewhere between the last time there was a nude leak and this time there has been a rather large annoying movement that is frustrating the shit out of me when it comes to trying to enjoy my internets.
this goes back to my rant on feminism and shoving it down people’s throats like religion. i understand why it’s important. shoving it in my face isn’t going to make me appreciate it anymore. it’s going to make me resent the people that are shoving it in my face. it’s going to make me not as open to listen to someone talk about feminism the next time around. and so on. and so on.
But I digress… i didn’t see an outcry of rage against people sharing nude photos of males. there wasn’t anything about it being a sex crime or being an invasion of privacy. all the gals that share dudes dicks that were sent to them via snapchat. those ladies aren’t prosecuted. women aren’t the only people capable of being sexually violated, remember??
i get it. the ladies weren’t asking for pics of dudes dicks. but what if they were? we’re not all innocent, ladies. don’t fucking pretend. you’re sending tit pics with the intention of getting shit back. and if you’re not sending them with the intention of getting shit back and then you’re angry because they got shared, why send them yourself?
what about the guys that take dick pics (because i’m positive dudes want to look at it from different angles) and then girl grabs his phone, sends it to herself without him knowing? she getting prosecuted? why the difference, ladies? OR guy takes pic of dick for girlfriend, they break up, she puts it on the web. she being prosecuted? why not, because he sent it to her? is that the text equivalent of signing a world wide photo release? i mean, i guess it is for guys, but for girls it’s a sex crime. it’s a violation of privacy. it’s WRONG and anti-feminist. it’s degrading. right? right.
anyway, i know that these celebs didn’t send these out. this was a hack job into their personal accounts so this is an attack. please don’t tell me, i already know. i’m just irritated by the sudden label about it being as hostile as it is this time around versus any other time. because j-law is involved suddenly it’s the worst thing but when isanyoneup.com was running their site they weren’t being prosecuted so long as the person was over 18. twitter accounts are being deleted left and right for sharing these, people are prosecuted to the fullest extent. because j-law can afford it. good for her. if we’re going to be consistent, let’s be fucking consistent.
if feminism = equality then let’s be equal. not so fucking man hating all the time. men suck? women suck too. we’re manipulative bitches. we know it. YOU KNOW IT.
anyway, unfollow button is over to the left. or to the top right if you are on my page for some reason. feel free to use it.
i’m ranting cause it’s my blog and fuck it, i can.
“In a relationship, you need somebody who’s going to call you out, not somebody who’s going to let everything slide. You need somebody who doesn’t want to live without you, but can. Not somebody that is dependent, but somebody who is stronger with you. A relationship is two people, not one.”—Unknown (via everylittlestar)
